Parsley - Dark Green Italian Flat Leaf
A hardy, full-flavored flat-leaf parsley from Oregon.
A farm-original variety, dark green, disease-resistant, sweet, and full-flavored. Parsley seeds can be slow to start — they often take three to four weeks to germinate and grow slowly at first. Soak the seeds in warm water overnight before planting to help things along. Parsley likes cool soil and tolerates partial shade; in hot climates it benefits from afternoon shade. About seventy-five days to maturity. Cold-tolerant enough to leave in the ground through fall — even with snow on the plants, the leaves keep producing.
